Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.  
 
 Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.  
 
The new team has three locations. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Sauber Motorsport Technical Center, UK will be operational this year. Our Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations.

 This position for the Audi F1 Project is at Sauber in Hinwil (Switzerland).

Your mission

  • Creating compelling sales presentations for Audi's F1 project
  • Managing and tracking sales administration and reporting
  • Preparing for meetings with potential partners and stakeholders
  • Designing and producing sales visuals to enhance communication
  • Supporting the execution of sales strategies and internal operations
  • Developing creative ideas for the gifting strategy within the sales process
  • Coordinating and managing the practical aspects of prospect invitations
  • Assisting in the creation of marketing materials for the sales team

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales support, administrative, or marketing role, with exposure to customer support, office management, or sales/marketing environments
  • Proficiency with design tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) to create presentations, infographics, and marketing visuals
  • Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn new skills
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced environments
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with various departments and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in English language skills. German language skills will be an advantage
