Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.  
  
 Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.  
  
 The new team has three locations. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Sauber Motorsport Technical Center, UK will be operational this year. Our Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations.

 This position for the Audi F1 Project is at Sauber in Hinwil (Switzerland).

Your mission

  • Lead Live Marketing Operations for the Audi F1 project
  • Plan and execute end-to-end Live Marketing Operations at F1 races, off-track events and activations
  • Plan and oversee set-up of infrastructure (e.g. motorhome, team hospitality overseas, paddock club facilities, garage) for hospitality and guest experience purposes at races in coordination with the logistics team and set-up crew
  • Coordinate the development and construction of infrastructure for hospitality and guest experience purposes in collaboration with external partners
  • Plan and manage the logistics, transportation, storage and inventory of all materials and equipment for live events (e.g. showcars, event material and equipment)
  • Oversee the inventory and storage of all assets 
  • Ensure the adherence to quality standards and branding guidelines
  • Develop and implement standard operational processes and procedures
  • Continuously analyze performance, refine processes and drive operational improvements
  • Implement quality control measures to maintain highest execution standards
  • Ensure cross-functional collaboration and project management with event organization teams, internal stakeholders and external vendors
  • Manage external vendors and contractors, ensuring their performance aligns with project requirements
  • Manage and control budgets 

Your profile

  • 8+ years of experience in Live Marketing or Event Operations is expected (preferably in entertainment, motorsports or sports)
  • Proven track record of managing complex, high-profile event set-ups and operations globally
  • Expertise in event logistics, resource management and budget oversight
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Technical knowledge and understanding in event production, infrastructure and construction is a plus
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Understanding of Formula 1 and motorsport culture, along with experience in premium brand environments
  • Pro-active problem-solver with ability to adapt to high-pressure, face-paced environments
  • Strong service mindset, ensuring world-class experiences
  • Willingness to travel and work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in English, proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
  • Proficient in standard office software
