Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.
Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.
The new team has three locations. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Sauber Motorsport Technical Center, UK will be operational this year. Our Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations.

This position for the Audi F1 Project is at Sauber in Hinwil (Switzerland).
Your mission
Collaborate closely with the transport department to manage and prepare late deliveriesReceive, inspect, and organize parts for delayed shipments
Handle the packing, sealing, and loading of airfreight for late deliveries
Prepare and issue export documentation based on case packing details
Coordinate with the track logistics department to ensure seamless delivery and logistics at race events
Organize hand luggage shipments in close partnership with race parts logistics and travel management
Assist with the annual inventory check to ensure accurate stock counts
Manage the receipt of return deliveries from the racetrack and coordinate their handover to relevant departments
Oversee SAP booking of parts, contribute to in-house SAP projects, and assist with the maintenance of SAP master data management
Support inventory tracking to maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records
Your profile
- Administrative background with a technical focus, ideally from the automotive industry, with additional qualifications in logistics or technical fields
- Proven experience in administrative roles with a track record of supporting global event or motorsport operations, including knowledge of freight documentation and SAP
- Hands-on experience in high-tech environments, particularly within motorsport, with an understanding of supply chain handling and parts management. Innovative, strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, cost-efficient approach to challenges
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and detail-driven, with the ability to work independently and in a team, remaining calm under pressure. Proficiency in English language skills
- German language skills will be an advantage
