Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.
Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.
The new team has three locations. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Sauber Motorsport Technical Center, UK will be operational this year. Our Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations.

This position for the Audi F1 Project is at Sauber in Hinwil (Switzerland).
Your mission
- Be the primary point of contact for employees regarding questions related to approvals, social security, time tracking, etc.
- Creation and management of employment contracts in close coordination with HR Business Partners
- Responsibility for the accurate entry of master data into our HR system and handling of interactions with various authorities
- Recording of sickness and accidents, processing with external parties, and maintaining the time tracking system
- Planning and execution of the monthly Welcome Event for new employees
- Organizing exit interviews and preparing reference letters
- Contributing to the creation and optimization of HR processes
- Providing support in HR projects and the implementation of the company’s strategy
Your profile
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar role
- Further education in the field of Human Resources, such as HR Assistant or similar
- Good knowledge of Swiss labor law and social security systems
- Independent, detail-oriented, and reliable work style
- Experience with SAP, ideally SAP Fiori and Personio
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- High IT affinity for our upcoming digitalization projects
- Strong service orientation and enjoyment of working with an international team
- Proficiency in English language skills. German language skills will be an advantage
