Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.  
 
 Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.  
 
The new team has three locations. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Sauber Motorsport Technical Center, UK will be operational this year. Our Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations.

 This position for the Audi F1 Project is at Sauber in Hinwil (Switzerland).

Your mission

  • Planning, controlling and monitoring work processes to ensure that products can be manufactured in the desired quantity and the required quality at the right time
  • Coordinating the production workflow for the internally planned composite components
  • Planning and optimising the chronological order of orders and purchase orders
  • Make-or-buy decision based on the capacity planning
  • Close coordination of projects with internal process partners
  • Ensuring that planned projects are produced according to plan.

Your profile

  • A successfully completed basic apprenticeship in a trade or commercial occupation
  • Ideally, knowledge of production processes in composite production
  • The ability to read and understand technical drawings
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken (both are mandatory)
  • Good user knowledge of SAP and the common MS Office products, as well as ideally MS Project
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work with employees at all levels
  • Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
  • A high level of self-motivation
  • An independent, proactive, precise and reliable way of working
  • Willingness to work extra hours.
